2025 Champ of champs
Despite one or two short periods of rain the event took place almost on schedule on the excellent playing surface, which is a credit to the volunteers who work throughout the year to get it in shape. Well done to you all!
From the start of proceedings to the finish nothing was too much trouble for the Club members involved in all aspects of the day which included refreshments, setting up the rinks, marking matches, providing a gazebo etc for the Honorary NYBL Secretary and of course having the bar open.
Joe Ballantyne of Middlesbrough won the Competition for the second year running and Ian Forrest from Borough Park was the runner up. Thanks to all bowlers from the NYBL Clubs for their participation on the day.
Congratulations on behalf of the NYBL to all from the Jack Hatfield Club for making the day a great success.
